Function: attachSqueezeMomentum()

attachSqueezeMomentum(options): Plugin<PaneHost, OwnedPaneIndicatorApi<SqueezeMomentum>>

Mounts Squeeze Momentum — the momentum as a histogram and the two squeeze states as marker rows on its zero line (a zero-height bar still draws one pixel). The marker rows are registered without a name: a legend line reading "0.00" would say nothing, and node.out.squeezeOn is there for anything that wants the state as data.
