Function: attachElderRay()

attachElderRay(options): Plugin<PaneHost, OwnedPaneIndicatorApi<ElderRay>>

Mounts Elder-Ray — bull power and bear power as two lines around a zero line on an own pane. Lines, not histograms: two histograms growing from the same baseline hide each other whenever they share a sign (a bearish bar has both below zero), and the one drawn second wins.
